Our Builder's Are Amazing!
Here we are! Eleven years of showcasing true craftsmanship from our extremely talented builder's! We are incredibly proud of our builder and associate members who have come together to create the quality homes in this year's Parade. Below, you will find an all too brief biography of each of the builder's. There just isn't enough space to even touch lightly on the skills, passion, and pride that each of them put into each and every project they do. A special THANKS to all of them!

Hallmark Homes, Inc. was created in 2003 by Jeff and Janie Ward.
Jeff has been in the construction industry since 1985. Since
inception, Hallmark Home’s mission was to provide affordable,
quality housing in Great Falls. Hallmark Homes, Inc. has since grown
to include design work to give clients the ability to bring their
ideas to fruition. Hallmark Homes, Inc. and its team of
subcontractors stay up to date on the latest innovations, designs,
and green practices so that they can deliver the best product to
their customers. Jeff and Janie believe it is a privilege to help
people achieve their dreams of building a home.

Lee Sowers has been President and Owner of Lee Sowers Construction
Inc. since 1994. A devoted husband and Father, Lee understands
the quality of life a home can bring a family, Lee says, “It
is important for us to believe our homes will stand the test of
